By purchasing a lesson or a package of lessons, you agree to our terms and conditions.
● Cancellation Policy:For one-to-one lessons:We maintain a 12-hour cancellation policy, requiring you to reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the lesson starts; otherwise, the lesson will be considered conducted. In case of emergencies, please inform the school administration, and they will explore the possibility of rescheduling.For pair and group lessons:These lessons have a fixed schedule. If you have to miss a lesson, you will receive the lesson materials and can ask any questions you will have. If the entire group cannot attend, we can reschedule to a different day or time, subject to teacher availability. If the entire group needs to have a lesson online instead of in-person, let us know 1 day in advance.
● Please notify the school administration if you are running late. Lateness does not extend the lesson time. Without notification, we wait for a student for 15 minutes and consider the lesson conducted.
● Payment is required for a package of a minimum of 4 lessons in advance. 
● The purchased lesson package is valid for 12 months from the payment date. Payments are non-refundable but can be preserved for future use (with school administration notification).
● In the event of a change in class costs, we will inform you one month in advance.
● If you're not satisfied with your teacher or learning materials, inform the school administration, and we will make the necessary changes within one week. We reserve the right to change a student's teacher due to teacher contract termination, vacations, or sick leave.
● The Contractor reserves the right to delay service provision if circumstances beyond their control arise (such as illness or technical issues with service providers).

● We reserve the right to take photos and videos during our events for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be tagged in these, please let us know.
● Once the Customer has completed the Agreement (including full payment), they acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions provided herein. By agreeing to this Agreement, the Customer confirms they've been familiarized with the services offered, including their scope, quantity, and costs.
● In order to proceed with the Agreement, the Customer must provide necessary personal information, such as their name, phone number, email address, nationality, and any other details requested by the Contractor.
